About the Founder
Gwen Mitchell, the founder of The Naked Brain, began practicing yoga and meditation in 1978. She attended her first Insight meditation class with Tara Brach in 2013. Tara inspired her to make meditation accessible to others by teaching meditation and integrating mindfulness strategies into her managerial work. Gwen studies under Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield and is a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program graduate.
